Training Plans for beginners, improvers and age-group athletes. Our training plans use the latest technology and up to date methods to ensure you get the best out of each session

All of the plans below can be focused on individual disciplines or on any combination of multi-sport across swim, bike and run. So whether you are a cyclist, runner, swimmer, duathlete, triathlete or other multi sport competitor we can build you a suitable plan.

Included in all our plans

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation will be with your coach and will last 1-2 hours. This can either be face to face or using video conference technology on your laptop or tablet. During this consultation we will run through your background, your goals, what equipment you have, your experience in all 3 disciplines (if any), and what time you have to commit to your training plan. We’ll also discuss with you what your biggest fears are, what’s been holding you back in the past, and what what we can do to overcome any issues and get you race ready.

Training Plan

The output of the initial consultation is your bespoke training plan. This will be specific to you, and take into account your history and experience, and what time you have available to train. Your plan will be uploaded onto the Training Peaks online platform for you. Your coach will check in regularly with you by phone, video call and/or email (depending on your preference) to see how its going and make any changes needed to keep you on track. If it feels too much to soon, we can wind it back, if you find you cant find the time we can work with you to find a more time efficient program, and if your still feeling super fresh and ready to push on we can agree the best way to do just that.

Training Peaks

We use the Training Peaks system for all our training and coaching. The system can be used on smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC. Whilst it helps to have a smart watch, heart rate monitor or smart phone to track your activities its not essential. As long as you can access the system you can see your training plan and manually record what you have completed. If you really cant get online then we can work with you to find a solution.

Our Plans

Basic Training Plan - Bespoke plan with monthly reviews/feedback via video call. Monthly adjustments to plan as required. Fortnightly feedback from coach via email. Goal setting session annually. £70 per month.

Enhanced Training Plan - Bespoke plan with fortnightly reviews/feedback via video call. Fortnightly adjustments to plan as required. Weekly feedback from coach via email. Goal setting session every 6 months. £85 per month.

Unlimited Training Plan - Bespoke plan with weekly reviews via video call. Unlimited adjustments to plan. Weekly feedback from coach via email. Daily contact with coach as required. Goal setting session as required. £100 per month.

3 month event plan - 3 month bespoke plan for a specific event. Includes initial consultation and plan creation as well as follow up video call after 3-4 weeks. £120 per plan - £12 for each additional review/adjustments
